I have never worked with a shop that has this level of customer service!! She worked with me on my custom piece and upon completion I was a little unsure of one of the colors so she changed it for me and then sent me both colors so I could decide upon delivery. The wood shipped separately and got lost a couple of times and she continued to ship a new one until I finally received it. Plus she through in some extra feathers! You are seriously one of a kind. I’ll most definitely be back for more pieces. Thank you for my beautiful macrame!!
